Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after your order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but we're working on it. Right now, we're focused on serving women across Canada. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when we expand.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us at care@periodfree.com and we'll make it right. Your comfort matters to us — before, during, and after your purchase.
